We send you a prepaid box featuring a BrandLab return label. Once you've safely placed your device inside, all you need to do is drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail post office. As soon as we receive your device, we commence the repairs. If we uncover additional issues, we always contact you first before undertaking any further repairs. Once all repairs are successfully completed, we pack your device securely and send it back to you. With BrandLab, every step of your device repair journey is executed with utmost professionalism and due regard for your device.

Return and Refund Policy - Customer-Centric Approach at BrandLab

If you receive an item that isn't as described, rest assured, we've got you covered by handling the return postage. In situations where you've had a change of mind or if we're unable to repair your device, we promptly send it back and process a refund, albeit a £9.99 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Remember, all returns must be in their original condition and initiated within 30 days. With BrandLab, your peace of mind is a priority.

Repair Service Warranty

At BrandLab, we stand by our services by offering a warranty period that ranges from 3 to 12 months, depending on the specific repair service availed. This warranty excludes physical damage, water damage, diagnostic service, or issues that may arise post-repair. Trust in BrandLab, where we prioritize your peace of mind alongside quality repairs.

Repair Service Return And Refund 

If upon receipt of your device it remains damaged or unrepaired, please inform us within 3 days. In the event that we're unable to fix the device, we will return it to you and issue a refund, deducting a £9.99 fee for shipping and collection costs. If a defect is covered by our warranty, we will repair it free of charge. Trust in BrandLab's commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.

No Fix No Fee Policy 

At BrandLab, we believe in a fair service policy. If we are unable to repair your device, you'll only be responsible for the shipping cost. Please note, this policy doesn't apply to services successfully completed, cases of liquid damage, or diagnostic services. With BrandLab, you can count on our commitment to honest and fair service delivery.
